Performed mold investigation on air conditioning system to determine if faulty design was the cause.

Designed modifications to existing ventilation system.

Connecticut International Baccalaureate Academy, E. Hartford, CT
Blue Water Problem -Investigation of water supply. Performed tests on the system, worked with nationally known experts on blue water, and designed an automatic flushing system for the drinking water.

Hartford Waste Processing Facility—Ventilation System Evaluation
Investigated codes, regulations, guidelines or standards applied to the ventilation of facility. Observed facility and studied ventilation system design to determine compliance.

Waterfront Residence, West Palm Beach, FL
Investigation of moisture in library ceiling. Performed investigation in mechanical room and worked with general and mechanical contractors to prevent condensation in attic.

New Business School, University of Connecticut, Storrs, CT
Moisture/Steam Damage Claim - Investigated steam leak and wrote an opinion on whether it caused the explosion in Motor Control Center.

Indoor Tennis Building, Milford, CT
Investigated moisture condensing on underside of roof and dripping onto courts. Performed investigation and determined moisture came from ceiling hung direct-fired gas heaters, which discharged products of combustion into building.

Stonegate Community Condominiums, Mt. Laurel, NJ
Determined if gas-fired furnace/AC coil assembly was improperly applied, designed or installed.

Performed investigation on why chimney in new addition filled the room with smoke.

Diocese of Metuchen, NJ
Reviewed depositions on HVAC system related issues in lawsuit between Diocese and architect.

Condominium Building, Stamford, CT
Investigated problems on a 30 year old HVAC system. Recommended measures to repair and preserve operation; thereby saving cost of replacement with system much more costly to operate.
