Mr. Frye brings to his work as a forensic consultant more than 45 years of experience in building, contracting, cost estimating, design, and inspection of construction projects.
Mr. Frye has provided investigation or served as an expert witness inspector for construction defects in mechanical, plumbing and electrical disciplines and has expertise in all construction disciplines as a builder and cost estimator for defect repairs. He has inspected a variety of issues, related to new construction, environmental concerns, and insurance claims. He has performed real estate appraisals, home inspections, foreclosure investigations and inspections for legal claims mediation supporting developers, contractors, and home owners. Mr. Frye has extensively researched construction methods, code requirements, and environmental hazard issues.
