The U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED® rating systems are the leading tools for measuring and verifying green building performance in the U.S. and many countries around the world. CTG has been a member of the USGBC since 1997 and volunteer’s a great deal of time to a variety of leadership and product committees. We are experienced in applying all of the current LEED rating systems (LEED-NC, LEED-CS, LEED-CI, LEED-EB) and are participating in the development and pilot application of the emerging systems (LEED-ND, LEED-Homes).

CTG supports the use of LEED as the premier measurement stick and third party verification of green building performance. We work with building projects that target performance beyond LEED thresholds and projects that are challenged to meet the minimum LEED criteria. There is opportunity for transformational work across this entire spectrum, and our services are designed to match the diversity of these challenges.
