Webinar Helps Businesses ‘Come to Grips’ with Carbon Management

Irvine, CA -- Malcolm Lewis, president of CTG, will present ideas for reducing an organization's building-related carbon footprint through efficiency improvements and operational changes. The presentation is one in a four-part webinar series on carbon reduction presented by Natural Logic and GreenBiz.com.

Dr. Lewis will discuss:

  • conducting a carbon audit
  • identifying priority emissions sources
  • identifying and evaluating alternatives
  • making the financial case
  • managing implementation

The online events will be held at 1:00pm eastern time on October 18 and 25th, and November 1st and 8th. Dr. Lewis will present the October 25 session and speak on a panel of experts for the Nov. 8 discussion of "The Future of Carbon Management." The series will provide business leaders with practical, up-to-date guidance from leading practitioners on the key issues related to carbon management, including: measuring carbon footprint, reducing emissions, and making sense of emerging opportunities for carbon trading and offsets.

Each of the first three sessions will focus on a critical carbon management issue and the final session will feature a panel discussion. Session topics include:
