CTG Energetics - Integrated Green Building Consulting

CTG Leads Sustainability Consulting for MGM Resorts International CityCenter

Project is set to be one of the largest sustainable developments in the world

CTG Energetics has been working with MGM Resorts International on the CityCenter development since 2006. CTG has led a nationwide team of over 10 LEED and sustainability consultants in pursuit of LEED NC and CS ratings on eight distinct projects at CityCenter.

The $8.5 billion development is the largest privately financed construction project in the history of North America. The development consists of 17 million square feet of mixed use space including hotels, residences, casino, office, retail, parking, and dining on 67 acres on the Las Vega Strip. Projects within CityCenter include the ARIA Resort, Casino, and Convention Center, Vdara Condo Hotel, Mandarin Oriental Resort, Harmon Hotel & Residences, Veer Towers, and Crystals Retail & Entertainment District.

CTG supported the sustainability consulting efforts for the project, providing Sustainable Design Consulting, Energy Modeling & Analysis, LEED Consulting & Documentation, Coordination of Commissioning Services, and Coordination of Monitoring & Verification Services.
