CTG adapted the World Resources Institute greenhouse gas inventory protocols to determine the Master Plan’s carbon emissions in support of the Merriam Mountains Master Plan EIR (Environmental Impact Report). CTG also evaluated a range of sustainable design measures and their impacts on the project carbon emissions.
