601 Townsend is home to Adobe Systems in San Francisco and is an example of Adobe’s continued commitment to environmental stewardship. CTG assisted the Adobe team with effectively managing the energy use, reducing the water use in building fixtures and accounting for the facilities carbon footprint. Working hand in hand with the Facilities Management team, CTG documented the environmental performance of the facility in efforts to achieve a LEED for Existing Buildings Certification.
