Online workshop providing training on "the basics and benefits of comissioning". Includes audio training, instructional slides, and a quiz to test your understanding of the material.

Building Commissioning Handbook

The first section presents building owners with the definition, benefits, costs and savings of building commissioning, and case studies. This section also provides guidance for selecting commissioning providers, documenting the role of each commissioning team member.

The second section explains how designers benefit from commissioning and offers a guide to provider qualifications. It also defines who manages the commissioning contract and traces the incorporation of commissioning into each phase of the building project. The Appendices contain sample documents, checklists, and “commissioning-friendly” specification language.
