One of CTG’s long-standing practices is to be a good citizen in the communities in which it does business. These communities include not only the localities in which we live and work, but also the professional communities with which we are engaged. Each member of the CTG team is encouraged and supported in being a volunteer or leader in community activities, or in performing pro bono work for worthy organizations.
Many of CTG’s staff are members or chairs of committees in professional organizations, such as ASHRAE, USGBC, AEP, BIA, etc. In addition, CTG provides pro bono services for numerous non-profit entities that focus on the environment, education, homelessness, youth groups, churches, etc. The total value of these commitments annually exceeds 10% of our net profits.
