SUSTAINABLE METRICS ANALYST



Position Mission

We are seeking qualifications from analysts to potentially join our dynamic team in support of a range of projects that involve quantification of environmental impacts, including energy, carbon, water, and others. We are seeking analytical thinkers who are comfortable working with spreadsheets and databases while keeping an eye on the big picture and the context of the built environment.

This position could be based in CTG's Irvine, CA, Denver, CO or Oakland, CA offices.

Specific Duties

  • Using CTG's internal modeling and analysis tools to evaluate project performance;
  • Entering project data into community and building models;
  • Identifying system and process improvements for the collection and analysis of project data;
  • Research regarding environmental impacts of various elements of the built environment, and;
  • General participation in project teams.
  • Projects may include analysis of individual new buildings, communities, and real estate portfolios at any stage of planning, design, construction, or operations.

Capabilities/Attributes Required

  • Successful candidates will have a college degree, preferably in engineering, science, or business and will be able to demonstrate experience in performing quantitative analysis of environmental impacts, building systems, and/or industrial systems;
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment;
  • Excellent oral and written communications in English;
  • Interested in energy and efficiency.

  • Timeliness and completeness of project assignments;
  • Cooperation and collaboration with Project Managers and Clients.
